1- Member recruiting criteria:
1.1- Player has to pass a "Teamplay Test" with an officer or otherwise demonstrate an interest in interacting and/or participating in activities with fellow guild members. Silent "loners" do not contribute to the community in any way and thus are not acceptable;
1.2- Player minimum age should be 16 years old. (This criterion applies only to new recruits);
1.3- Player has to be friendly and worthy of being a member of this Guild;
1.4- When a member is recruited, he will stay 2 weeks in probation. Only then he/she becomes a full a member of the guild. This evaluation is made by the Officers based on the criteria 1.1-4 and basic common sense.
---
2- Officer promotion criteria:
2.1- Have to be member for a minimum of three months;
2.2- Officers cannot stay off-line for more than one week without notice;
2.3- Officers have to make a contribution to the Guild e. g.: farming, running, tutoring, organizing events or power-leveling;
2.4- Officer/non-officer proportion should be 1/5 at the most. One officer for each four guildies, excluding the guild leader;
2.5- Officers have to be friendly and helpful towards other guild members.
---
3- Member kicking criteria:
3.1- A Member who stays off-line for one consecutive month without any given notice is kicked with no pre-warning;
3.2- Insisting in trading items for profit in "Guild Chat" leads to kicking member.
3.3- Rudeness, lack of respect or any other anti-social behaviour towards other members.
---
4- Officer demoting criteria
4.1- If points 2.2, 2.3 or 2.4 are not fulfilled by a Guild Officer, he can be demoted to member.
---
5- Tutoring
5.1- Guild Officers have to encourage members to: use Team Speak; participate in Freedom Warriors [CCCP] Forum. Help members in the roleplay and to share experience.
---
6- Members are encouraged to:
6.1- Suggest two potential new recruits for the guild per month. Because only Guild Officers can issue invitations, members should send recruitments suggestions to freedom.warriors@googlemail.com or contact a Guild Officer directly in-game. This is meant to promote the growth of "friend network" within in the guild, as opposed to resorting to random recruiting which is generally less efficient.
6.2- Make suggestions for Guild and Alliance events. This is important to ensure that the Guild activities reflect your interests.
6.3- Make use of the Teamspeak server. The server is resource dedicated to the CCCP community that is open to social activities apart from in-GW communication.
